Welch & Condon was established in March 1978, with a mission to deliver high-quality, prompt, and robust representation to injured workers. Over the years, we have remained committed to providing personalized attention to each case we handle. Our services extend to injured workers living throughout the Southern Puget Sound region, Southwest Washington, and many other parts of the state. We also represent individuals whose injuries are covered under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LSHWCA), Defense Base Act (DBA), Non-Appropriated Fund Act (NAIF), or Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA).

Our practice primarily focuses on helping injured workers with all types of workers' compensation claims, including those under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, as well as Washington state workers' compensation claims that are handled by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries or self-insured employers.
