Services
Window Cleaning
Our professional window cleaning service uses mild detergent and squeegees to remove dirt and streaks from residential and commercial windows. We include screen cleaning, track/frame maintenance, and skylight access using water-fed pole systems reaching up to 50 feet. Technicians with 15+ years' experience ensure spotless results while protecting property interiors and exteriors. Eco-friendly solutions and flexible scheduling options available for homes and businesses across the Bay Area.
Gutter Cleaning
We provide comprehensive gutter and downspout cleaning to prevent water damage to properties. Our process removes debris, flushes drainage systems, and offers gutter guard installation. Regular maintenance prevents foundation cracks, basement flooding, and landscaping erosion. With 30+ years of experience, we address residential and commercial needs using safety-certified techniques for multi-story buildings and hard-to-reach areas across Alameda, Contra Costa, and Marin counties.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing service restores exteriors by removing dirt, mold, and environmental buildup from concrete, brick, wood, and vinyl surfaces. We prepare surfaces for painting, clean decks/fences, and perform mold abatement. Using adjustable pressure systems, we safely clean delicate surfaces while removing stubborn stains. This service extends the lifespan of building materials and improves property aesthetics for homeowners and commercial clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Professional solar panel cleaning improves energy production by removing dirt, pollen, and environmental debris that reduces efficiency by up to 30%. Our technicians use deionized water systems to clean panels without streaks or damage, restoring optimal performance. Regular maintenance ensures maximum energy output for residential and commercial solar installations across the Bay Area, with services available for rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
Deck Refinishing
Our deck and shingle refinishing service extends the lifespan of wooden structures through pressure washing, sanding, and protective sealing. We restore redwood and cedar decks while applying UV-resistant sealants that preserve color and prevent weather damage. This process maintains structural integrity and aesthetic appeal for residential properties, with specialized treatments for high-traffic outdoor areas in the Bay Area's varied climate conditions.
