Work Environment
The reviews suggest that the work environment at this company is negative. One reviewer, John Sweet, claims that the company is the "worst to work for" and that the foremen are incompetent. He also alleges that only those related to the owners are treated well. The reviewer, Nick Levasseur, defends the company, calling it "a good place to work" with "nice people, " but notes that the previous review seems unusual.
Customer Service
The reviews also highlights poor customer service. Just A. Consumer shares a negative experience with a representative named Matt, who was rude and offensive. The reviewer felt belittled and disrespected, particularly after Matt's mocking tone and behavior.
Job Satisfaction
Jay Ellithorpe, a more positive reviewer, describes the company as "decent" and notes that the work keeps them busy. However, John Sweet's review implies that the company's poor management and favoritism leads to low morale and job satisfaction.
