Our Hot Pool, heated to a soothing 104 degrees, is the perfect place to melt away muscle aches and pains, calm the mind, and reconnect with your inner self. For those seeking a more intense detoxification experience, our Cold Pool, maintained at a refreshing 55 degrees, stimulates circulation, sharpens the mind, and accelerates the detoxification process when enjoyed after a heat experience.

The dry heat of our Cedar Wood Sauna, heated to 140 degrees, has a profoundly purifying effect on the body, flushing out harmful toxins, reducing cortisol levels, and boosting the immune system. Our Steam Room, reaching temperatures of up to 120 degrees, offers a cleansing and detoxifying experience for the skin, while herbal infusions promote relaxation and calmness.

Before indulging in any of these facilities, all communal bathing experiences at Kabuki begin with a cleansing shower. Our traditional seated shower area is modeled after those found in a Japanese sento, providing an authentic and rejuvenating start to your spa day.
