Established in 2003, Zigler's Machine & Metal Works, LLC is a contract manufacturing company that is committed to staying at the forefront of current technologies and processes. Our state-of-the-art facility is centrally located off of I-88 in Northern Illinois, making us easily accessible to our diverse customer base. We offer a wide range of services, including low- and high-volume production machining, as well as prototype machining.

• Prototype Machining: We can create precision-machined prototypes for our customers, allowing them to test and refine their designs.
• CNC Milling: Our CNC milling machine capabilities include 3 and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers, which enable us to work with a wide range of materials.
• CNC Turning: We offer CNC turning capabilities for precise and accurate machining of components.

Shipping and Logistics

We understand the importance of timely delivery and work closely with our customers to ensure that parts are shipped in the most cost-effective way possible. We have our own company van and offer free delivery within two hours of Dixon for our higher volume partners.
