Negative Experiences

Several customers had negative experiences at Fluffy's Pet Resort. Macy Murdock's dog smelled like pee and was whining due to not being taken out to pee, and the food portioning was not followed as instructed. Tracy Cannon was unhappy with the lack of lighting in the suites and the low staff-to-pet ratio. Nick Kincheloe found the facility to be old and small, with a strong chemical smell, and the dogs came home smelling bad. Cindy B.'s dogs got dirty, and the staff didn't clean them up. Amie S.'s dog was scared and tried to escape, but the staff pretended everything was fine.
