Our Story

Our journey began in Brooklyn, New York, where our family, originally from Sicily, Italy, opened their first bakery in 1976. We developed our own family recipes, which we still use today, and built a reputation for quality and tradition. In 2000, we moved to Matawan, New Jersey, where we've continued to grow and evolve, while remaining true to our roots. Our in-house approach to baking allows us to produce fresh, homemade confections that set us apart from other retailers in the industry.
