Questa Credit Union

At Questa Credit Union, we are dedicated to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our members and helping them achieve their financial goals. As a member, you are not just a customer - you are an owner of the Credit Union. Your membership represents an equity interest, and the returns you earn on your accounts are referred to as dividends, not interest.

Questa Credit Union has been serving our community since 1959 and is a state-chartered credit union that is federally insured up to $250,000.00 by NCUA, a federal agency similar to the FDIC. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a wide range of financial products to meet the needs of our members.

Membership and Eligibility

Membership is open to everyone who lives, works, or owns property in the Questa School District. This includes Questa, Cerro, Red River, Costilla, Amalia, and the surrounding areas. To become a member, you must pay a $1.00 joining fee and maintain a minimum balance of $25.00 in your savings account to be considered an active member. This will allow you to qualify for dividends, loans, rebates, and any other privileges offered by the credit union. There is no minimum balance for checking accounts, but all members must have a savings account.

Account Services

We offer a variety of account services to meet the needs of our members. Our checking accounts come with no minimum balance requirements and offer a range of options to fit your lifestyle. We also offer savings accounts with competitive dividend rates, as well as certificates of deposit with terms ranging from 3 months to 5 years.

Loan Options

We offer a variety of loan options to help our members achieve their financial goals. From auto loans to mortgages, we have a loan product to fit your needs. Our loan officers are committed to providing exceptional service and working with you to find a loan option that fits your budget.

Online Banking and Mobile App

We offer convenient online banking and mobile app options to allow our members to access their accounts from anywhere. With our mobile app, you can deposit checks, transfer funds, and check your account balances on the go. Our online banking platform offers a range of features, including bill pay and account alerts, to help you manage your finances.

Debit Card Services

We offer debit card services with our checking accounts, giving you access to your funds at over 30,000 ATMs nationwide. If you need to activate your debit card or change your PIN, you can call our 24-hour phone lines for assistance. If our debit card company needs to verify a transaction, you will receive a text or email from Short code 86975 or FraudServiceCenter@Questacreditunion.org. These messages are safe to answer and are from Questa Credit Union.
