A cleaning deposit ensures units are left in good condition, with refunds issued after inspection by our team.

Gate access runs daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor XL units allow 24/7 access, but indoor units require adherence to these hours.
How do I best utilize my storage space?
Pack efficiently using uniform boxes, label items clearly, and disassemble furniture. Use shelves and drawers to maximize vertical space and organize smaller items.
Are leases month-to-month?
All leases are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. Provide 10 days' notice before vacating to ensure smooth checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
Pay via automatic bank withdrawal, credit/debit card (with 3% fee), or mail checks/money orders. Locations no longer accept cash or in-person card payments.
Can I leave unwanted items in your dumpsters?
Dumpsters are available for a fee at most locations. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable items, so contact your facility manager for details.
