Cline Realty & Auction is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in providing complete professional auction and real estate services. Our story began with a passion for auctioneering, which led John Cline to attend the World-Wide College of Auctioneering in March 1979. Soon after, in October 1979, Cline Auction Company was born. John's entry into real estate sales in 1981 and Annette's licensure as a real estate salesperson in 1982 marked the beginning of Cline Realty & Auction. Over the years, they have held various types of auctions, accumulating knowledge, experience, and new friendships with each event.

Throughout their journey, John and Annette have adapted to the changing times, embracing technology with the introduction of a computerized clerking system in 2016. Their son, Austin, has recently joined the auction team, ensuring a smooth transition into the next generation. The family's commitment to their business is evident in their dedication to providing personalized service to each client.
