Services Offered

At Echelon, we offer a wide range of services including development, asset management, property management, and facilities management. Our development services include defining concepts, assessing client needs, site selection, feasibility analysis, predevelopment, and financial modeling. We also provide asset management services such as diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and capital structuring. Additionally, our property management services include leasing, contract administration, maintenance, and repair.

Properties

Our portfolio includes a variety of commercial and multi-family properties. In the commercial sector, we have developed and managed over 2 million square feet of Class A office space and office parks. In the multi-family sector, we have developed and managed over 30 properties totaling over 5,000 units. Some of our notable projects include the 3rd & 3rd Building, Echelon at Cheney Place, One Progress Plaza, and the WaterView at Echelon City Center.

Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our leadership team includes Darryl A. LeClair, CEO, President, and Chairman; Cody LeClair, Senior Vice President of Development and Construction; Kathy Greenan, Vice President of Finance; and Terry Foote, Vice President of Construction. We also have a strong property management team, including Iveliz Quino nes, Property Manager, and a team of maintenance professionals.
