4 S.T.E.L. Engineering's journey began with Dustin Rosepink's experience working for a renowned structural engineer, Edmund Foerstel, for several years. Upon Edmund's passing, Dustin knew he had an opportunity to start and grow a business. With his unique skills and engineering know-how, Dustin has successfully led the company to provide quality designs and real-world structural engineering solutions. Today, our team of professionals brings decades of combined experience to each project, utilizing unique skills and engineering know-how to successfully complete projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and renewable-energy markets.
