Services

We provide General Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Management services on a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and theme parks projects throughout Southern California. We self-perform concrete, metal studs, and drywall, doors and hardware, and T-bar ceilings.

Commercial Projects

We have worked on several notable commercial projects, including the Great Wall Project, which involved constructing all of the Crushing Plant and Conveyor Foundations, the Workshop Warehouse, Assay Laboratory, Merrill Crowe Facility, Guard Shack, and their Fueling Station. Another notable project is the Challenger Business Park, which consisted of 7 buildings for Martin Properties, including medical, office, and retail spaces.

Industrial Projects

Our industrial projects include the construction of ride foundations and buildings for Six Flags Magic Mountain, such as Full Throttle, Cyclone, Flashback, and Batman Stunt Show, among others. We have also worked on the Golden Queen Mine, constructing foundations, pre-engineered metal buildings, structural steel, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Theme Parks Projects

In addition to Six Flags Magic Mountain, we have also worked on projects for Antelope Valley HS District Office Remodel and theme park attractions like Batman Gotham City and Ninja Hill. Our experience in theme parks includes ride construction, foundations, and building construction, as well as walkways and ramps that give the ride the finishing touch.
