• Residential Land Surveys: Our prices for residential land surveys start at $300* for a standard lot and block (platted and less than half an acre). Most Elevation Certificates start at $300*. EC's for Hillsborough and Brevard start at $400**. Pricing subject to change and is based on area.

• Commercial Land Surveys: Whether you need a survey for a new construction project or an existing property, we can handle all your commercial surveying needs. We understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in commercial projects and ensure that our services meet your requirements.

• Elevation Certificates: An Elevation Certificate is required for new construction and some existing structures in flood zones. Our team can provide you with accurate elevation certificates to help you comply with flood zone regulations.

• Job Splits: We offer job splits for larger projects that require multiple surveys. Our team will work with you to divide the project into manageable sections, ensuring that each part is surveyed accurately and efficiently.
