Our History

Founded in 1996 by James S. Jacobs and David C. Dembert, our firm has grown to become a trusted legal partner for clients across Maryland. With a strong foundation in business and corporate law, health care law, and estate planning, we have expanded our services to include airport concessions and real estate law.
