Our Team
Our team of experienced professionals is led by Carey D. Smith, President, who has extensive experience in the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial development projects as well as utilities, highways, and oilfield construction. Our team also includes O.E. "Buster" Smith, Vice President, who has over 50 years of experience in utilities supply and construction consulting, and Spencer Buchanan, Vice President, who brings to the table experience as a heavy highway project manager, international project manager, and residential acquisition and development manager.
Our administration team is led by Christine Martin, Controller, who is responsible for financial statements, general ledgers, audit reports, and accounting procedures, and Tammy Razo, Administration and Human Resources, who handles accounts receivables and payable, HR activities, and assists the Controller in performing accounting functions.
Project Management, Engineering, Estimations, and Survey
Our project management team is led by M. Benjamin Wall, Senior Estimator, who is responsible for project quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and management, and Trevor G. Gilbert, Estimations and Project Management Assistant, who assists the Chief Engineer with project estimations.
