Our Legacy
The history of Sarkisian's is intricately woven with the history of Colorado. Our story began with H. Medill Sarkisian, a third-generation Armenian rug merchant who traveled the globe, mastering 17 languages and becoming an esteemed scholar of Far Eastern history and Asian weaving. His knowledge and passion were passed down to his son Greg, and subsequently to the current owners, Tor, Medill, Armen, and Tigran Sarkisian, the fifth generation of the Sarkisian family.
