We support all formats and have a redundant system in place to ensure that our customers are always taken care of. Our automated monitoring software is powered by Bold Technologies, which allows dealers to have full access to their accounts and customers to have access to their own accounts through the BoldNet Mobile app.

We understand the importance of reliable and efficient monitoring, which is why we offer GPS tracking, 2-way voice, and fall detection through our partnership with Securatrac. Our team is trained to handle every signal received with professionalism and expedience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. We also provide report generation, direct customer billing, and phone answering services to make it easy for dealers to manage their accounts.

Our History

Alarm Telecommunications Center was founded in 1990 by Loretta Ross and her son Robert Marinelli. After the Central Station where Loretta worked was sold to a large national company, she and Robert decided to start their own business. With Loretta's expertise in alarm monitoring and Robert's business knowledge, they built a company that has grown to become a trusted partner for hundreds of alarm dealers. Today, we are proud to be a U.L. listed central station, committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers.
