We have a proactive rather than a reactive approach to the management of site safety, and we constantly strive to achieve health and safety standards that exceed the minimum standards required in the countries we operate.

We understand that our operations are undertaken in a variety of different countries, and as such, we provide ongoing training both on and off-site as required to achieve our goals. Our health and safety consultants work closely with our management staff to produce a site-specific health and safety plan before the commencement of a project, which will include any specific hazards and specific client requirements relevant to the project. We also use external consultants to carry out regular independent site safety audits and give staff regular "tool box" talks on issues relevant to the project.
