Bret and Stephanie Cunningham, the proud owners of Summit Cleaners, reside in the charming mid-western town of Seymour, Indiana. They have raised a daughter and two dogs in this close-knit community. The business operates out of a location that has been serving Seymour and the surrounding areas for over 70 years! Summit Cleaners has recently expanded and now has three locations to better serve their clientele. On May 20, 2020, they opened another location in Columbus, Indiana, and have also partnered with Eagle Chiropractic in Austin to use as a "convenience station." Bret and Stephanie are committed to bringing their higher standard of service to the Columbus and Scott County markets. With both owners involved in the day-to-day operations and customer service, you can be assured of excellent results.

Our Services

At Summit Cleaners, we pride ourselves on providing personal attention to every client, forming relationships rather than just another transaction. Our quality is our signature, and we strive for perfection in every item we clean. While we are not a discount cleaner, we understand that life can get messy, and we aim to provide the type of friendly service we would expect ourselves. Our services include light repairs, dry cleaning, shirt laundering, wedding dress cleaning, steaming, and preservation. We also offer gift certificates, making it easy to give the gift of clean clothes.

Our team members are highly knowledgeable and available to answer any questions or concerns. We offer free pickup and delivery to your home or office for established customers in designated delivery days in Seymour, Columbus, and surrounding areas. We also have three convenient locations: Seymour, Columbus, and Austin, Indiana. Each location has a drive-up window and a friendly staff, eager to assist you with all your cleaning needs.

Going Green

Summit Cleaners is committed to changing within the industry to greener cleaning and always investigates greener products. We do not use PERC in our plant, a chemical known as perchloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene, used by about 85% of U.S. dry cleaners. PERC is also used as a metal degreaser and in the production of many other chemicals. By choosing not to use PERC, we can ensure that our cleaning process is as safe as possible for our customers and employees.
