Our salt room offers a unique and holistic respiratory detox, using pure pharmaceutical grade salt to reduce inflammation and bacteria in the lungs and skin.

Halotherapy

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a holistic treatment that involves breathing in micro-crystals of therapeutic grade salt. At Waterside Day Spa and Salon, our salt room is equipped with a halogenerator, which disperses the salt into the atmosphere, creating a luxurious and relaxing environment for our guests.

Halotherapy has been shown to provide relief from a wide variety of ailments, including asthma, sinus pressure, colds, flus, bronchitis, COPD, eczema, psoriasis, and more. It can also increase lung capacity for athletes, and reduce stress and anxiety. Our salt room is beautifully designed with plush chairs and soft lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation.
