Luzicka Ballet

Luzicka Ballet is Liberty's only Classical Ballet School, dedicated to providing exceptional classical ballet education to students of all ages. Our studio is conveniently located at 1021 S Brown Street, Suite M, Liberty MO 64068, just off Highway 291, south of Highway 152. We take pride in offering a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on strength, flexibility, posture, discipline, and classroom etiquette.

Our Mission

At Luzicka Ballet, we strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love for classical ballet, encourages creativity, and develops technical skills. Our experienced instructors, Hannah and Luke Luzicka, bring their extensive knowledge and experience of performing in over 500 productions of The Nutcracker with renowned companies like Boston Ballet and Kansas City Ballet. We aim to inspire our students to become confident, expressive, and accomplished dancers.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of classes and programs for students from ages 3 through high school. Our curriculum includes:

• Classical ballet classes, focusing on technique, pointe work, and repertoire
• Pre-ballet classes for young children, introducing them to the world of ballet
• Summer camps and workshops, providing an intensive ballet experience
• Performance opportunities, including our annual production of The Nutcracker and La Fille mal Gardee
• Outreach programs, bringing ballet to local elementary schools and communities

Enrollment and Performances

We accept enrollments throughout the year, with classes starting in August and running through June. Our students have the opportunity to perform in two major productions annually, showcasing their skills and artistry. We also offer reserved seating for our performances, ensuring a wonderful experience for our audience.

Community Involvement

At Luzicka Ballet, we believe in giving back to our community. We offer elementary school workshops and lecture demonstrations, educating students about the collaborative nature of ballet and its many benefits. We also collaborate with local schools, providing ballet classes as part of their physical education program.

About Our Founders

Hannah and Luke Luzicka, our founders, are highly experienced dancers and instructors with a passion for sharing their knowledge and love for classical ballet. With over 30 years of combined experience, they have performed with some of the world's most renowned companies, including Boston Ballet and Kansas City Ballet.
