Our Expert Team

Our team consists of licensed professionals with extensive backgrounds in surveying and construction. Matthew S. Dontz, the owner, is a Licensed Professional Surveyor in MI with a B.S. in Land Surveying & Civil Engineering from Ferris State University. He has a vast knowledge of boundary surveying and residential construction. Paul R. McClung II, our Project Manager, is also a Licensed Professional Surveyor in MI, holding a B.S. in Land Surveying & Civil Engineering from Ferris State University and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He brings expertise in Boundary Surveying, GPS processing & AutoCad drafting. Brian D. Brinks, our Survey Field Crew Chief, has 46 years of experience in boundary surveying, construction staking, topographic surveys, and oil & gas exploration surveys. Lastly, Kasi Lynn Forrester, our Office and Marketing Manager, has an A.S. in Human Resources Management & Services from Baker College and is proficient in office management, billing, spreadsheets, survey research, and marketing skills.
