Our Story

Liberty Vacation Rentals was born out of a passion for sharing the beauty of Southern Utah with others. Our apartments were originally built as a personal home and long-term rental property by real estate developer William Wagener in 1987. Today, his son Adam manages the property, which has evolved into a thriving vacation rental business. We're proud to offer our guests a unique blend of comfort, affordability, and convenience, making us the perfect choice for travelers looking for a home away from home experience in Southern Utah.
