Overwhelming Positive Experience
The majority of reviewers had an exceptional experience at Supriya Dermatology. They praised the staff, including Tracy at reception, Sara, Elle, and Dr. Tomar, for being kind, attentive, and professional. Patients appreciated the comfortable and calming atmosphere, and many mentioned that they would highly recommend the practice to others. Disappointing Experience
One reviewer, Madame Blavatsky, had a negative experience with the practice. She felt that the $100 consultation fee was too expensive for only 10 minutes of consultation with a PA, and that the staff failed to accurately inform her about the refund policy. She also felt uncomfortable with the practice's policy of taking photos of patients immediately upon arrival, without their consent. Madame Blavatsky was also unsatisfied with the lack of before-and-after photos of previous clients and test subjects, which made her feel uncertain about the results of the laser treatments.
