Our Story

In 1997, Progressive Dimensions opened its countertop business to the public out of a small garage in Barnegat, New Jersey. It was always a dream for Ed Cassidy to own his own business, so he took out a $7,000 loan from a friend and took a leap of faith. He began fabricating laminate countertops by hand, spreading the word by taking contractor jobs here and there and working late hours. He was later joined by his father Ed Sr and his wife, Lisette, who is in charge of marketing. Since then, Progressive Dimensions has grown into four convenient locations throughout New Jersey with over 40,000 square feet of manufacturing and slab inventory. We are also celebrating our 26th year in business thanks to over 40 top-notch employees, who are experienced and the very best at their jobs.

Our Locations

Toms River is our first and flagship location that features an outdoor slab yard filled with full-size and tempting quartz and natural stone. That showroom has kitchen displays and samples of various popular brands destined to inspire you. We also do our own fabrication there, using state-of-the-art digital technology, which reduces our turnaround time and provides expert craftsmanship. Our second location is just minutes from LBI in Manahawkin and is a designer's paradise, especially for those looking for that beachy vibe. In 2021, we opened our third indoor slab yard and showroom in Egg Harbor Township. This store has become popular with the locals. A great compliment for us. We are excited to announce that we've opened our fourth store in Spring of 2023 in Shrewsbury in Monmouth County. This store is special because of its very large selection of trending colors that you will, more than likely, fall in love with. We like to remind our customers that we are consistently refreshing our inventory in all four locations.
