Healing, Growth, and Wholeness: A Path to Better Mental Health

I am a clinical Psychologist providing services in multiple psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic formats. It is my personal philosophy that psychotherapy can be used for many reasons, ranging from the treatment of severe mental health disorders to facilitating personal growth. Regardless of how serious we believe our problems to be, our inability to deal with them alone often leaves us dissatisfied, frustrated, and hopeless. This is where psychotherapy comes in. It is a truly unique experience in which you are free of judgment, the others' self-interest, and inhibition for what is said. Even in the most intimate and caring relationships, our loved ones often find it difficult to provide this type of support. The therapeutic environment allows for a clearer understanding of our own relational dynamic, which often leads to the development of more healthy relationships in the outside world. Based upon my years of experience with a diverse array of clientele, I have come to firmly believe in the human mind's potential for healing, growth, and wholeness.
