Our Services

Our home inspection services are designed to provide our clients with a thorough understanding of the condition of a property. We use the latest technology, including thermal imaging and 360° cameras, to identify any potential issues or defects. Our inspections cover all major systems and components of the property, including the foundation, structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. We also provide additional services, such as Recall Chek, which allows us to check for any recalls on appliances in the home.

We pride ourselves on providing detailed and easy-to-read inspection reports, which are available to our clients within 24 hours of the inspection. Our reports include photographs and descriptions of any defects or issues found, as well as recommendations for repair or replacement. We also offer the Create Request List (CRL) feature, which allows our clients to easily transfer any defective items to a personalized repair and project request list.
