Diverse Experience
While some customers had a generally positive experience with Levy's Jewelers, others were not as satisfied. Some reviewers mentioned the helpful and friendly staff, including Neocia, Jim, and Jackie, who went above and beyond to ensure their needs were met. Negative Experiences

Kayla Bateman had a poor experience when she went to get a ring sized, as the employee was unwilling to size the ring to her desired size and later claimed that the ring was plated and couldn't be sized.
