Steve Schneider, our lead expert, has developed a unique approach to understanding septic systems through what he calls the "5 levels of treatment." These levels include Gravity Systems, Pressure Drain Field Systems, Drip Systems, Pretreated Drip Systems, and Pretreated Drip Mound Systems. Each level is designed to address different soil conditions and treatment requirements, ensuring that our clients receive the most suitable solution for their property.

Our Services

Our process begins with a thorough examination of the soil conditions at the potential site for the septic system. We excavate test pits to determine the best area for the system and to identify the type of system needed. From there, we design the system, providing our clients with a comprehensive design book that includes an auto-cad design, construction illustrations, maintenance instructions, and specification sheets for the materials used. We also provide a detailed cost estimate for the installation of the system.

Once the design is complete, clients can choose to use any licensed installer they prefer, or they can opt to have us handle the installation. Regardless of who installs the system, we ensure that a record drawing of the installed system is created and that the system meets all specified plans and standards.

In addition to our design and installation services, we also offer maintenance advice and support. For all new systems, we recommend having the tank filter cleaned yearly and the tank pump serviced for the first time at three years. Regular maintenance is crucial to extending the life of the septic system and preventing costly repairs or replacements.
