WalkThrough NY was founded by Arthur Perez, a Certified Home Inspector for New York State and Connecticut. With over 30 years of experience in managing luxury co-ops and condominium properties in the New York Metropolitan area, Arthur has accumulated an extensive roster of industry experts in a wide range of fields. His knowledge and love for real estate led him to start WalkThrough NY, where he could be an advocate for the New York home buyer.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive home inspection service that includes a thorough examination of the property's major systems and components. This includes but is not limited to the exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, built-in appliances, and more. We also offer additional tests and inspections that may be necessary based on the location or age of a property, such as Radon, Lead, Septic Dye Tests, Well Water Testing, and Water Quality.

In addition to our home inspection services, we also provide home buying consultation.
