High Prices and Misdiagnosis
One customer, Jillian Crouch, had a terrible experience at Dean's. She took her car in for routine maintenance, but the manager told her that she needed to replace several parts, including brakes, rotors, drums, and belts, at a cost of $2,000. However, her father who is a mechanic examined the car and found that none of the problems existed. The customer felt that she was scammed and would never use Dean's again.
