In addition to our standard care management services, we also offer crisis intervention for our clients when emergencies arise. Whether it's navigating emergency departments, hospitalizations, or rehabilitation stays, our team is always there to ensure that adequate care is available and that families have the support they need during difficult times.

Home Care Services

At AffirmiCare, we understand the importance of maintaining independence and quality of life while living in one's own home. That's why we offer a range of non-medical home care assistance, including help with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and travel assistance. Our trained, background-checked personal care assistants are dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable support to help individuals maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life.
