• Medication Management: We offer medication management services to help you manage your symptoms and achieve a better quality of life.
• Medical Cannabis Evaluation & Recertification: We're committed to providing comprehensive care, including medical cannabis evaluation and recertification services.
• Individual Psychotherapy: Our experienced therapists will work with you to develop a personalized therapy plan to address your specific needs.
• Genesight Testing: We offer Genesight testing to help our providers better understand your genetic makeup and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Some of our team members include:

• Sarah Sperling: Our patient care manager, Sarah has extensive medical background and experience in customer service. She believes in helping to restore hope and being a patient advocate.
• Shanda Wordleman: Our office manager, Shanda has a bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs/Business and experience with office management. She enjoys working in the mental health care field and helping people in practical ways.
• Tatyana German: Co-founder and billing specialist, Tatyana has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and vocal performance from Luther College. She believes in open and honest communication about our own struggles and the impact of societal and familial pressures on our daily lives.
• Dale Nasby: Our founder and advanced practice registered nurse, Dale has over 25 years of experience in mental health. She specializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, dual diagnoses, PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions.
• Tatenda Rudziva: A psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Tatenda has over 10 years of experience in mental health and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
• Adonye Afonya: A graduate of Allen College, Adonye believes that every individual and circumstance is unique, and a unique approach of care will result in the best possible outcome.
• Dustin Dean: A psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Dustin has over 23 years of experience in healthcare and has worked at Mayo Clinic in multiple capacities for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology.
