Our Services

We offer a wide range of precision machining services to meet the unique demands of our clients. Our capabilities include prototyping, short to medium single line item runs, and large volume repeat production runs. We also handle blanket order arrangements with scheduled Kanban releases, providing precision machining and inventory solutions for a variety of industries.

Our long-standing partnerships with qualified vendors allow us to provide additional services such as heat treating, finishing, and other valuable outside sources to streamline our customers' supply chains. All orders are accompanied by complete material traceability and quality/inspection reports.

Turning Services

Our CNC Turning Centers are equipped with 3J collet chucks that can hold up to 1.75 diameter bar stock, minimizing set-up times. Integrated bar feeders and part catching capabilities with 4' bar length capacity increase production efficiency. These features make our innovative CNC Turning Centers well-suited for the manufacturing of complex, high-precision parts.

We have the ability to handle all of our clients' unique manufacturing needs, from small to large volume production runs, including prototyping. Our machinery list includes multiple Haas models, including the SL-10T, ST-10, ST-20, ST30, and TL-15 Twin Spindle, offering a range of capacities and capabilities to meet our clients' needs.

Milling Services

From digital 3D models to our CNC Vertical Machine Centers, we offer a variety of working envelopes to meet our clients' unique needs. Company Spec's

We are located in Daphne, Alabama, and operate out of a new 7000 sq. ft. facility with an additional 1500 sq. ft. controlled inventory location. Our facility can accommodate 53' tractor trailers and features 24/7/365 monitored security and climate control.
