Founded in 1974, CRM Residential, formerly Community Realty Management, is an award-winning full-service property management company. We are exclusively third-party, which means there is no conflict of interest between the properties we manage for you and our own properties, because we do not own any properties. Our focus is on serving our clients and managing properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Oklahoma, Indiana, Missouri, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We manage a diverse portfolio that includes multi-family communities, affordable housing programs, and conventional market-rate apartments and single-family residences.
