Foster Faith, Foster Service, Inspire Excellence

At Gross Catholic High School, we are a co-ed, private, archdiocesan high school founded in the Marianist tradition in Bellevue, Nebraska, near the city of Omaha. Our mission is to provide an education rooted in faith and service, focusing on the development of each student's spiritual, intellectual, and social growth.

Our campus is a place where students can learn, grow, and flourish in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our faculty and staff are dedicated professionals who strive to provide our students with the highest quality education and a strong foundation for their future endeavors.

Mission and History

Our school was founded on the principles of the Marianist tradition, which emphasizes education, faith, and service. We believe that these values are essential in shaping our students into compassionate, responsible, and well-rounded individuals who will make a positive impact in the world.

Throughout our history, we have been committed to providing a rigorous academic program, a variety of extracurricular activities, and a strong sense of community among our students, faculty, and staff. We believe that this balanced approach helps our students develop into well-rounded individuals who are prepared to succeed in college and beyond.

Facilities and Resources

Our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to meet the needs of our students. We have modern classrooms, a well-stocked library, and specialized facilities for our arts, music, and athletic programs. We also offer access to cutting-edge technology, including computer labs and mobile devices, to ensure that our students have the tools they need to succeed in the digital age.

In addition to our academic resources, we also offer a variety of support services to help our students succeed. These include academic advising, tutoring, and counseling services, as well as support for students with diagnosed learning differences.

Student Life

At Gross Catholic High School, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. That's why we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports teams, clubs, and organizations, as well as opportunities for service and leadership. These experiences help our students develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, while also fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among our students.

We also place a strong emphasis on faith and service, encouraging our students to live out their Catholic faith through acts of kindness and compassion. Through our House System, students are divided into four houses, each named after a different saint, and participate in various service projects and activities throughout the year.

Admissions and Financial Aid

We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to receive a high-quality Catholic education, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we offer a variety of scholarships and grants to help make our school more affordable for families.

Our admissions process is designed to be fair, thorough, and supportive. We consider a range of factors, including academic performance, standardized test scores, and personal recommendations, when making admissions decisions. We also offer opportunities for prospective students and their families to visit our campus and learn more about our school community.

Supporting Our School

As a private, non-profit institution, we rely on the generosity of our donors to support our mission and continue providing a high-quality education to our students. There are many ways to give, including making a one-time gift, setting up a recurring donation, or supporting one of our special events or fundraising campaigns. Every gift, no matter the size, helps us fulfill our mission and make a difference in the lives of our students.

We also offer opportunities for our alumni to stay connected with our school and give back to the community that has given them so much. Through our alumni association, graduates can stay updated on school news, attend special events, and participate in various service projects and fundraising efforts.

Impact and Donors

We are grateful for the support of our donors, who help us continue our mission of providing a high-quality Catholic education to our students. Through their generosity, we are able to provide scholarships, improve our facilities, and enhance our academic programs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.

We also recognize the impact of our graduates, who go on to make a difference in their communities and the world. Whether they pursue careers in business, medicine, education, or another field, our alumni embody the values of faith, service, and leadership that we instill in them during their time at Gross Catholic High School.
