Our journey began in 1948, when our founder, Ed Bedrosian, opened the doors to his first showroom in Central California. Unsatisfactory Experience
Some customers have had issues with Bedrosian's customer service, quality of products, and delivery experience. Robin Mayfield rated 2 stars after ordering tile samples, only to receive identical tiles instead of varying colorations. They also experienced poor communication from the customer service team. Ivan Ordaz rated 1 star, citing a poor attitude from a cashier and lack of concern from the manager. Dee At also rated 1 star, complaining about the lack of transparency in the sales process, including an 8% auto surcharge not clearly stated.

Delivery Issues
