About 3B's Massage and Bodywork

Owner and operator Vicki Buelow has been practicing massage therapy for several years, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. Vicki is a licensed massage therapist, a master Reiki practitioner, and a certified crystal therapist. She takes a holistic approach to her practice, treating the body as a whole and incorporating both physical and energetic techniques to achieve balance and wellness.

We offer a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Our Reiki and crystal therapy services can be incorporated into your massage session or offered as standalone treatments.

Reiki & Energy Work

Reiki and crystal therapy are healing practices that address the energetic body. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Crystal therapy is a complementary therapy that uses crystals and gemstones to help restore balance and harmony to the body's energy systems. Crystals have been used for healing for thousands of years, and each type of crystal has its own unique properties and healing abilities. At 3B's Massage and Bodywork, we incorporate crystal therapy into our massage sessions or offer it as a standalone treatment.

Our Studio

Our fully private studio space is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our clients. We keep noise to a minimum and strive to create a peaceful environment from the moment you walk in the door. Our studio is located on the second floor of the building, and we provide detailed instructions on how to find us on your first visit.
