Our team at Concept Commercial Construction is led by experienced professionals, Chris Loving and Matt Kallas. Chris, our president, has worked as a lead carpenter, superintendent, and project manager at Greenwood Construction in Utah and Arizona. He has also owned Loving Interiors, a commercial tenant-improvement company in Arizona. Chris has worked on projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million for well-known brands such as Bath and Body Works, Meyer and Frank, Industrial Rideshop, and Anchor Blue.

Matt Kallas, our vice president, has worked at Magelby Construction, North Star Development, and Greenwood Construction as a lead carpenter and site superintendent. He was the former owner of Kallas Development before merging with Loving Interiors to form Concept Commercial Construction. Matt has worked on projects ranging from $50,000 to $30 million for brands including Meyer and Frank, University Mall, ZCMI, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Verizon Wireless, and many others.
