Empowering Young Athletes Through Hockey
Passionate About Developing Young Athletes
The Seattle Junior Hockey Association (SJHA) fosters the love of hockey and fosters the development of young athletes in the greater Seattle area. Founded in 1963, we are a non-profit, community-based organization offering hockey programs for beginners through elite players.
Growing Young Players
Our Mitey Mite program caters to young players from ages 4-8, introducing them to the basics of hockey in a fun and engaging way. As players progress, we offer competitive travel teams for various age groups, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Competitive Opportunities
SJHA teams compete in the Pacific District of the USA Hockey League, offering competitive opportunities at varying levels. We also provide opportunities for players to participate in all-star games and various tournaments.
More Than Just Hockey
We believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where young athletes can learn and grow. Our knowledgeable coaches provide guidance and encouragement, while our experienced staff handles logistics and communication.
