The Bionic Welder, LLC has been in business since 1979, setting us apart from others in the industry with our innovative manufacturing methods. We provide a range of services including laser cutting, CNC forming, and robotic welding. Our equipment includes a 2 Axis Tube Laser for cutting multiple shapes, an Automated Tube cutting System for accurate cutting of varying lengths, and high-strength low Alloy material as a standard for most of our steel products. We utilize multiple axis positioners and welding robots, which enables us to weld many parts complete without re-fixturing. Our welding methodology is superior to standard welding practices.

Manufacturing Capabilities

We utilize CNC forming machines with 6-axis backgage, which can hold multiple shapes. Additionally, we have automated deburring systems to ensure that all parts are burr-free. We work closely with our customers to help design their parts and provide the optimal welding joint configuration. This collaborative approach ensures that our customers receive high-quality products that meet their specific needs.
