Meet Our Team

At Jenna Laine Weddings, we are proud to have a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating one-of-a-kind events. Our owner and founder, Jenna Rachal, has almost 15 years of experience in the wedding and event planning industry. Jenna's journey began at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Art in Auburn, Alabama, followed by a stint in New York City where she worked with several highly established event coordinators and designers. She founded Jenna Laine Weddings, LLC in 2012 and has since planned events all along the southeast. Jenna's love for the event industry is evident in her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Leslie Gilbert, our Event Producer, brings over 10 years of experience in the industry. She started her career in college, planning events for friends and eventually for clients. Leslie has worked with top planners in Charleston, South Carolina, and Key West, Florida, before joining Jenna Laine Weddings in 2016. She is a vital resource for our clients, offering her expertise and guidance throughout the planning process.

Katie Leavins, also an Event Producer, was born and raised in Fairhope and has been in the event industry for over 12 years. She started by learning from a friend at church and has since honed her skills by working with every opportunity that came her way. Katie loves helping brides create memories that will last a lifetime and is dedicated to ensuring that every event is perfect.
