Are you affiliated with insurance companies?
No, we maintain no contracts with insurance companies, Ballad Health, or Summit Medical Group to ensure independent medical decision-making.
Can I use Medicare with Veritas Family Healthcare?
Yes, Medicare beneficiaries can join but must sign a Medicare opt-out agreement since we don't bill Medicare for membership fees.
What medical conditions do you treat?
We treat most chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) and acute issues (infections, injuries) but don't manage chronic pain with controlled substances.
What happens if I need hospitalization?
Our physicians communicate with hospitalists about your medical history and may visit you in the hospital if desired and permitted.
