Center for Vocational Rehabilitation (CVR) is a non-profit organization based in Eatontown, NJ, with a mission to promote social independence, quality of life, and maximum vocational potential for all persons with special needs. Established with the belief that everyone deserves a chance to contribute to society, CVR has been providing essential guidance, support, and opportunities to individuals with disabilities since its inception. We are committed to empowering people with disabilities, including cognitive impairments, mental illness, and diverse abilities, to become positive contributors to the workforce.

Programs and Services

CVR's Behavioral Health, Partial Care, Supported Employment, and Production Center programs work in unison, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive guidance and support to achieve success. *Behavioral Health and Vocational Services*: Our behavioral health services focus on treating various mental health conditions, enabling our clients to achieve mental wellness and stability. Our vocational services, on the other hand, concentrate on identifying and enhancing clients' skills, making them more competitive in the job market.

*Production Center*: CVR's Production Center provides an array of commercial training services, including packaging, production, fulfillment, mailing, maintenance, and custodial services. As clients hone their skills through hands-on training, they gain valuable experience necessary for entering the workforce.

*Supported Employment*: This program assists clients in securing and maintaining community employment by matching their skills and interests with suitable job opportunities. Our team provides support services such as job coaching and job retention strategies, ensuring clients' successful integration into the workforce.

*Offsite Janitorial & Disinfecting Services*: Our offsite services include customized janitorial and disinfecting solutions for businesses and facilities. This program provides employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
