Roof Installation
Kelbie Home Improvement Home Improvement specializes in complete roof installations for residential and commercial properties. Our team uses premium materials like Timberline Shingles and asphalt to ensure durability. We offer 50-year warranties on select products, with seamless integration of ventilation systems and gutter upgrades. Projects are completed efficiently, often within one to two days, with full cleanup included.
Flat Roof Repair
We provide expert flat and low-slope roof repairs using specialized membrane systems. Services include leak sealing, coating applications, and cricket installation to prevent water damage. Our technicians handle all materials, from modified bitumen to EPDM rubber. Emergency repairs are available with same-day assessments and temporary fixes until full solutions can be implemented.
Roof Coating
Our elastomeric roof coatings extend roof lifespan while reducing energy costs. This reflective 'Cool Roof' technology lowers cooling bills by up to 20%. We apply coatings to metal, asphalt, and flat roofs, creating waterproof barriers that resist UV degradation. The process costs 50-70% less than full replacement and qualifies for potential utility rebates.
Gutter Services
Kelbie Home Improvement Home Improvement installs and repairs seamless and sectional gutters in aluminum, copper, and steel. We offer full system replacements with downspout optimization to prevent foundation damage. Maintenance packages include seasonal cleaning and debris removal. Our team addresses sagging, cracks, and improper drainage, often completing repairs in one day with lifetime durability guarantees.
Emergency Roof Repair
Available 24/7 for urgent roof leaks and storm damage. Our rapid response team assesses issues within hours, providing temporary fixes and permanent repairs. We handle hail damage, missing shingles, and structural threats. Customers receive detailed photos and repair options, with warranties covering both materials and labor for long-term peace of mind.
