Who We Are

John Emanuels brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the Axiom team. With a successful track record in both the real estate brokerage and real estate investment arenas, John couples the underwriting competencies demanded by Fortune 500 real estate clients with the street-smart filter of a seasoned investor. John is a highly experienced professional with a CCIM designation and a track record of success in client representation, income-expense analysis, and problem-solving.

Ben Kalny brings a strong real estate investment track record and an entrepreneurial problem-solving skillset to the Axiom team. Prior to joining Axiom, he had been active in real estate investing on a part-time basis. Ben graduated summa cum laude from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee with a B.S. in Business and received his law degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Randy Treas brings a strong 25-year entrepreneurial track record to the Axiom team. Prior to joining Axiom, Randy was President and CEO of an international professional education and testing organization. Randy was responsible for taking his company from concept creation to best of class provider with hundreds of thousands of clients.

Richard Stone brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate to the team, with a strong accounting/finance background.
