Can you decorate hotel rooms before check-in?
Vegas hotels require check-in before room access. We recommend booking setups after 4:30PM or arranging key access through front desk coordination.
How do surprise room setups work?
We coordinate through front desk name additions or pre-arranged key exchanges. Clients receive real-time updates during setup to ensure perfect timing for their return.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds with 2-week notice. 50% refunds with 5-day notice. No refunds within 72 hours. Late arrivals receive 15-minute grace period before orders become non-refundable.
Can you accommodate last-minute changes?
We'll try rescheduling for new travel plans, but recommend booking services on your second day in Vegas to allow flexibility for flight delays.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we create customized payment schedules for bookings made 2+ months in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your event date for orders under $800.
Can you present gifts during room setups?
Yes, we'll display your gifts at no extra charge. Just specify their location in the room, or we can coordinate special additions through our vendor partners.
