Gabee Coffee

At Gabee Coffee, we're passionate about bringing high-end specialty coffee culture to the community in Boulder, Colorado. Our journey began in 2000, importing HASGARANTI machines to South Korea, and since then, we've been dedicated to preserving natural flavors and enhancing distinctive characteristics from each origin. We're proud to use 100% certified organic coffee beans, which we roast in-house to maintain freshness, taste, and aroma.

As a coffee roasting consultant to the Korea Coffee Association, our founder, Ho Young Chae, has trained the next generation of roasters and baristas, some of whom have gone on to compete in the Korean Barista Championship and later join the World Barista Championship. Our philosophy is simple: to share our passion for coffee with every customer, and ensure that each cup is a masterpiece of flavor and craftsmanship.
