Frustrating Experiences

One reviewer, Western Duck, paid for three months of medication but had to call multiple times to have the clinic contact their pharmacy, yet still didn't receive their medication. Another reviewer, LeeAnna Newman, had issues with scheduling and communication, including being told a doctor would be available for a telemedicine appointment but was instead left waiting for 30 minutes.
